"Hello, I'm Siyena. I want to share how much Dr. Silva has impacted my life in this review. I met her when I was 17 years old, and I'm now 18 years old. I've been dealing with severe depression, and I was given a depression and anxiety diagnosis. I experienced severe suicidal thoughts, self-harming, and even attempted suicide at one point. Getting out of bed was a nightmare for me because I would wake up not even wanting to be alive. I had no motivation to do anything, let alone have any energy. I experienced nightmares of horrible incidents that had happened to me while I was sleeping. I would sweat and cry, unable to get any sleep. Being unable to sleep would be awful for me. I would go through extremely prolonged periods of depression, followed by a few days of being wildly hyper yet alone with impulsive thoughts that started to scare me. Antidepressants were prescribed to me, but they didn't do anything to improve my condition; instead, they made me less sensitive to positive emotions. Antidepressants did not improve my already empty and hopeless feeling, which became what felt like soullessness . Before my mother discovered Dr. Silva, I was intending to switch to a different antidepressant. She and I had a conversation during which I explained my state to her. When I say that this experience has changed my life, I truly mean it. My worldview has entirely changed. Night and day. As there is never a quick fix when you fight for so long, it is initially like riding a roller coaster. When you're that depressed, you eventually stop wanting to help yourself. Dr. Silva informed me later that I hardly even produced the happy hormone. I had a level of 0.1 after receiving all of the hormones, vitamins, and supplements for mood stabilizers. I then had the motivation and energy to help myself. I am completely changed; I had no idea it was even possible to have this amount of joy or love. There is never just one solution; exceptional results always result from a combination of multiple factors. Yet, accepting Dr. Silva's proposal changed my life forever. I'll always be grateful I got to meet her. Yes of course, there will be difficult, sad, and upsetting days. Even so, these pills helped me lessen the number of these days and improve my ability to enjoy life. Be able to see the beauty in life and in myself. I no longer self-harm or have suicide thoughts. I have never been happier than I am right now as I continue on my self-healing and self-love path. I wanted to write this review to let other teenagers know that it is possible and to encourage them to keep fighting because it is a wonderful thing, but often it requires a little more pushing and a little more battling, but you can do it. I have faith in you. I'm hoping that anyone who reads this and can connect to my challenges will gain something. That you should try things even if you don't feel motivated to do so sometimes. Since you never know if it might wind up being a life-changing experience! Dr. Silva, you truly have blessed and inspired me with what you do to help people."
