"Excellence. Called for Jon emergency service. Recieved a quote and an appointment for the following morning. Was given a 10-2 window. Recieved a follow up call around 9am that morning informing me that the jobs before mine had went well and they could get to me sooner than expected if that was ok. It was great. The gentleman arrived around 9:15, introduced himself and went over what was on his work order/expected. I ask if while he was here if he could help me trace what I thought was a water leaking noise. He said absolutely and assured me that we could do so within the 1 hour labor I was quoted already. He finished the job he came to do within about 25 minutes and had me checking with him. Done well. Very clean. After he volunteered and went under my house to check for that noise I was hearing when I turned on the master bedroom shower. He showed me all was well. It was actually just a clip that holds a water line that had come loose allowing the water line to move/expand as it heated up. He fixed the clip while under the home for me. We reviewed the details of the job and he accepted payment for just under the original quote! I offered a tip and he politely turned me down and just suggested I give the company a call for any future needs. Thanking me for the business opportunity. Front to back, this experience simply could not have gone better."

"Great service! We called because the sewage was backing up into the house. They stopped by the house the same day. They identified that my entire drain line needed to be replaced and also discovered a separate natural gas leak. They gave me a quote and stopped by the following week. They also made a separate special trip to fix the plumbing temporarily until they had an opportunity to schedule the larger project. They worked on two of the coldest days of the year and got the job done. They took care of everything and got the work inspected and cleared by the city. David was very responsive and easy to get a hold of by phone. The whole experience was very smooth. Thank you very much!"
