"Good help is hard to find these days, when it comes to any kind of home improvements. When I called on Flooring Simple to see about some tile work we needed done, they came out right away to give me an idea of cost etc. to do the work. There was a wait, but no more than other places and they got to me when they said they would. That actually gave us time to get things done on our end to be ready for the tile. The tile guys worked fast and hard to get our beautiful tile in place in 3 days. We never could have updated our main bathroom without them. We are very happy with how it looks. Just wish they could have 4 days instead of 3 for each job so they didn't have to hurry so, hope they get well paid. Don't want them to get burned out."

It was very short notice. So I called the office to make sure the appointment was set. The office was really friendly and helpful. Josh came out to gave us an estimate within the hour. During the conversation with the front office, I told her the style/thing we are looking for. Jacob brought the samples. He measured all the rooms efficiently with his devices, gave us suggestions, and sent me a quote within the day. We were also painting the house. Flooring Simple was very accommodation with the painter’s schedule. They removed the old carpet a week before installing the new one, and get the hard flooring in so painter can paint the baseboard. Overall, very satisfy with their work."
