Itzel was amazing! She was very professional. She was early to the appointment. She made me feel safe and secure and met me at a local Starbucks. Right off hand she showed me her badge. She explained the situation of how the process was to work over the phone with the company sending security codes and such. (Making sure that we were in person and what documents were provided.) It was a fast and easy process. I would definitely recommend her. If I could give her 10 STARS I would. After we got done with the notary process we had time to sit and chat a few. (She schedules plenty of time between each person.) I really think that she was a GOD SEND to help calm my nerves in my new adventure in life.
