"Could not have been easier. Basil helped me get a hospital bed and accessories and a wheel chair for my mom when she was discharged from the hospital in rough condition. We were not prepared for her needs but Basil was able to get me through the process and get the bed delivered to her house with a few hours. It was such a relief. Could not have asked for a better experience. So helpful. It was the easiest part of the entire process of getting my mom home and safe. The store also has a vast array of medical supplies. Things I didn't even know existed."

"I needed leg compression socks/wraps. Basil measured me and ordered them for me. They came in on time and I went to pick them up.i pur them on. Sizing was perfect. Basil had only one employee there. Covid 19 hit them too. I had a very satisfying experience. Give Basil a break. He is the only one there that can take care of the customers."

"I went today in search of a hospital bed and wheelchair for my mother who took an unexpected and precipitous turn for the worse recently. The gentlemen here could not have been nicer or more helpful. I wound up purchasing a wheelchair since they had the exact one I needed (although they do rent them also). I also ordered a hospital bed for a three month rental (full electric). Basil asked me when I needed the bed and I responded the sooner the better. He said he would have it delivered this afternoon. While it is still morning, I feel comfortable that the bed will arrive today and that means a lot. The showroom is large and crammed with items to help care for loved ones. Things I didn't even know existed. All medical supply prices are high (as is healthcare in general), but no higher than anywhere else or online for equal products. Based on my experience so far, I would highly recommend. The delivery went SO smoothly. They called as promised to let us know they were on the way and were timely and efficient. It was such a blessing to be able to get the bed so quickly."

"I called in need of a Hoyer lift and hospital bed for my sister expecting to wait days before getting one. However, the company was able to accommodate me, for a small extra charge the next day even though I was outside their normal delivery area. The equipment was very clean and worked perfectly. All the needed accessories were available to purchase as well. The delivery and set up ran efficiently and quickly. When time to return the equipment came, the service man came the same day that I called. My deposit refund was credited the same day as well. I did not attempt to collect insurance coverage as they told me it did not qualify."
