Dr. Kreiner and his staff are great! Everyone is friendly and the office is a nice atmosphere. He has been my dentist for several years, and he is great at explaining to patients what needs to be done for your teeth. I have been to other dentists that didn’t seem as good at that or as friendly. He often tells jokes, which helps make you feel more at ease. He seems to use more advanced technology than some dentists, such as waterlase which makes certain procedures like getting fillings less painful. He has also taught dentistry in the past, which is some extra experience other dentists often don’t have. I heard about him through a close friend who is a longtime patient of his. I would recommend Dr. Kreiner to anyone, and if going to the dentist has made you feel nervous in the past I think you will feel more comfortable having him as a dentist.

Talk about Service. I called there facility to schedule a cleaning.Nancy who is Dr. Bart's receptionist (who I might add is super friendly and positive) answered the phone. She took the time to set up an appointment time convenient to me. When I arrived at the facility I was greeted by Nancy. It's always awesome to put a face with a name. I’ll never see anyone else! You may well ask, why so loyal? I’ll tell you why. Dr. Kreiner is a well-trained, competent dentist with post-graduate training from the University of Maryland School of Dentistry. He knows exactly what he’s doing, has great hand skills, and is very gentle. He and his staff are education-oriented and attend the latest continuing education above and beyond what is required. I’ve never had to return to have any dental work redone because Dr. Kreiner does it right the first time. Dr. Kreiner is very approachable and genuinely cares about you as a person. Always quick with a joke or a smile, you’ll leave his office treated like a person and not a number. He explains complicated dental concepts in a way you can understand and puts you at ease if you’re fearful. He’s thorough in his dental exams and just an honest guy who doesn’t try to sell you needless services. He will tell you the truth when it comes to dental work that truly needs to be done. Should you want cosmetic services, he can competently offer those as well. The office has all the latest in digital imaging, radiography, dental implements, and infection/safety protocol so that your dental issues may be accurately diagnosed and treated. Dr, Kreiner and his staff will have up to date information about your teeth and gums so that any disease processes or treatment plans may be monitored and changes be addressed sooner rather than later, which saves you money in the long run. Dr. Kreiner’s staff is well-trained, accommodating to your schedule, and just plain nice! They know who you are and truly make you feel at home. They are extremely helpful in scheduling, assisting Dr. Kreiner, and keeping the office running. Everyone there is a genuine, warm person who enjoys the positive, casual atmosphere in the office. I'm writing this review in part for my mother. We met a young lady in dire need for a dental procedure. She called around to many dentist in the area but only one, Dr. Kreiner, agreed to see the young lady. The young lady was unable to afford a dentist at the time so my mom offered to foot the bill. After Dr. Dr.Kreiner saw the patient, he told my mom she didn't owe anything and that "the world needs more people like her". The infection was so bad, that it could have been life threatening. Dr. Kreiner said the patient would need a procedure 2 days and offered to perform it for a reduced price due to the patient's financial hard times. When I heard this, I told my mom that I would pay for the young ladies procedure and to thank Dr. Kreiner for being such a great human being and practitioner. Dr. Kreiner has exceptional morals and an unmatched understanding of what it means to practice in his field. He will be my first, and only, point of contact for dental needs. Well, you've found him! Dr. Kreiner is your man. But, it all, starts the moment you walk in the door. You are greeted with a smile, by Nancy the Office Manager. I can't say enough about her and her people skills that immediately put you at ease. Doc Kreiner's, Dental Assistant Paula is nothing short of wonderful....she starts with a x-ray of the problem tooth, but not before giving you a pair of safety glasses and lead apron that will protect you from the harmful radiation emitted from the X-Ray. She then takes your Blood Pressure. This is very important should any general anesthesia need to be administered. I can't say enough about how thorough and detail oriented his Professional Staff are from top to bottom. With all of that said, Doctor Kreiner a graduate of the finest Dental School in the Country, the University of Maryland School of Dentistry. Prior to his graduation his skills were recognized early then upon his graduation he was part of the Faculty at the School for 5 years. Then onto a private practice that has spanned 25 years. Everyone has some amount of anxiety when they go to the Dentist.....Dr. Kreiner's record of caring, empathy, patience and attention to detail speaks for itself. He's a hometown boy, a John Carroll graduate, he volunteers at the Bel Air Fire Dept and he gives back to his community often. Support a hometown Gentleman, Dentist and Business. Going to your dentist appointment isn’t some thing that you look forward to. However, I can honestly say that going to Dr. Kreiner has been a great experience and would highly recommend! From the time you walk in the door checking in with Nancy, to Kate prepping you for the work and Dr. Kreiner getting the job done with state of the art equipment. They are all very friendly and compassionate, making you feel as relaxed as one could feel at the dentist. I’ve had routine cleaning, a crown, some cavities filled and teeth whitening. They get you in and out all while doing a fantastic job, letting you know what’s coming next in the procedure and making you feel as comfortable as they can. There is even laughter during the procedures helping you relax, taking your mind off of what’s going on. He is very honest and truly cares about his patients. I had an issue with my crown called and left a message and with a quick response from him I was heading to his office even though they were closed. They are super ! ...attentive, prompt, available& efficient in EVERY aspect , from expert dental care , from the incredible high tech dentistry & expertise of Dr Bart Kreiner , to the hygienists, to the office staff , the remarkable Ms Nancy who is efficient & personable . They all go BEYOND the call of duty for their patients. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone needing quality dental care, their need will surely be more than met as patients there. This is a very caring group of people who go above and beyond to take care of their patients. Not only do they care about my dental health, they also care about the overall well-being of their patients. I was surprised that they take your blood pressure at every visit. I am glad they do because it helped me to realize that I needed to regularly monitor my blood pressure. I was encouraged to follow-up with my PCP. That same day, I ordered my own blood pressure cuff which arrived the very next day. I continued to take my BP over the next few days and realized that it was continuously high. At one point I was so concerned that I needed to get checked out immediately. I am now under the care of a cardiologist and I am thankful for Dr. Kreiner and his dedicated team for caring not only about my dental health but also my overall health and encouraging me to take care of myself.
