"I could barely walk from my sciatica, and I had to go to work that day. I called for an immediate appointment and was told they were full. I begged and said, "Just show me one stretch to do so I could walk without so much pain and go to work. I swear I will only take 5 minutes of your time. Please." "For local patients is a practical alternative. You get a full hour of well needed exercises in a small space. They tend to overbook their staff and you might end up with a very beginner "therapist" even when your appointment was with the head of the team. Fortunately the staff is nice and help each other. Some don't pay enough attention to the form though, so it's up to you to be sure you're learning the exercises in the correct form."
